Following Terms & Conditions are an integral part of all purchase orders:
Validity:
Prices quoted by contractor are valid for a period of 3 working days from the date of contractor’s offer/bid. Thereafter, contractor’s written confirmation shall be required.
Prices:
Prices quoted are in PKR. Prices are subject to change with change in government policies, change in USD conversion rate and any clerical/mathematical errors are subject to correction.
Payment Methods:
Cash / Cheque Deposit / Online Money Transfer in our official bank accounts.
Sales Tax/GST:
Contractor’s prices are INCLUSIVE of sales tax/GST on supplies and services. Sales Tax, however, shall be charged to client at actual as per applicable laws and regulations at the time of execution of works/supplies. In case of exemption from Sales Tax, the client shall provide the exemption certificate to contractor before signing the contract/agreement.
Changes in Legislation:
Contractor’s prices are based on current duties, sales tax, other taxes, exchange rates and levies applicable in Pakistan at the date of offer/bid submission. In case of any change in legislation resulting in additional or new duties, sales tax, other taxes, exchange rate or otherwise having any impact on the price, the client shall pay the additional amount to the contractor.
Warranty Note:
Damages made by electric failure, fluctuations, surges, fire, misuse or other natural disaster and casualties are not covered in warranty. And NO warranty of any part of solar system if it is overloaded than aforementioned load.
Force Majeure:
This offer shall be subjected to standard force majeure conditions such as the supplier will not be held responsible for any damage due to Acts of God, War, Riots, Civil Commotion/s strikes lookout or disturbance directly affecting the supply over which supplier has no control.
